During the month of October we're learning about our body parts and we're also reading books about animals and learning some of their body parts also.  We're singing Alouette, Tête, épaules, genoux, et pieds (Head, shoulders, knees and toes), Sur le pont d'Avignon.  At the end of the month we'll talk about Halloween.

I am very pleased to be teaching le français to Mrs. Igleheart's Pre First class this fall.  During the month of September we'll be getting to know each other and assessing what we already know in French.  We're learning to say hello and good-bye and to tell our names.  We're learning colors and numbers, and we're doing some simple addition en français!  We're reading books, playing games, and singing songs in French.
